Job Description:
The Clinical Pharmacist plays a crucial role in optimizing patient medication therapy and enhancing healthcare outcomes within a clinical setting. Responsibilities include:
- Medication Management: Review and evaluate patient prescriptions, ensuring safe, effective, and appropriate medication use.
- Patient Care: Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, monitor patient responses, and make necessary adjustments to medications.

Qualifications:
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree or equivalent.
