Job Summary:
The Healthcare Manager (Pharmacy) oversees the operational and strategic aspects of pharmacy services within a healthcare setting. This role involves managing pharmacy staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing medication management, and improving patient care outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:
- Supervise pharmacy staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.

- Maintain accurate records and manage audits and inspections.

- Implement and monitor medication-related protocols and procedures.
- Financial Oversight:
- Manage the pharmacy budget, including cost control and resource allocation.
- Analyze financial reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Patient Care and Services:

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree.
