Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Practice:
    • Participate in patient care rounds and provide medication therapy management.
    • Perform medication reviews and make recommendations to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Learning and Development:
    • Engage in structured learning activities, including didactic sessions, workshops, and seminars.
    • Complete rotations in various specialties (e.g., internal medicine, oncology) to gain broad clinical experience.
  • Research and Projects:
    • Conduct or contribute to research projects and quality improvement initiatives.
    • Present findings and participate in scholarly activities.
  • Patient Education:
    • Educate patients and healthcare providers about medication use, side effects, and interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
