Refunds and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when a refund is available on purchases made from Depth of Biology.

General policy

Our courses and notes are digital products. Once access has been given, the material cannot be returned. A full refund is therefore available only in the following cases:

1. The course you paid for was not assigned to your account within the stated time from the date of purchase.
2. You were charged twice for the same course or subscription.

Apart from these cases, and apart from any product-specific terms set out below, we are not able to consider refund requests on digital purchases.

Product-specific refund terms

Some products carry their own refund terms, which are stated on the product page at the time of purchase. Where such terms are stated, they apply in place of the general policy above.

How to request a refund

Write to depthofbiology1@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 86194 93133 with:

• your registered name and phone number
• the order ID or payment reference
• the name of the course

How long it takes

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. The time it then takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations

An order can be cancelled before access to the course has been given. Once access is granted, cancellation is treated as a refund request and the terms above apply.

Physical products

For merchandise such as t-shirts and keychains, please see our Shipping Policy. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs.
