These terms govern your use of the Depth of Biology website, mobile application and all courses, notes and materials sold through them. By using the website or app, or by making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the website and app

  1. The content on this website is for general information and use only, and may change without notice.
  2. We do not warrant that the information and materials offered here are accurate, complete or suitable for any particular purpose.
  3. You acknowledge that the materials may contain errors, and we exclude liability for such errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  4. Your use of any information or material on this website is at your own risk. It is your responsibility to check that anything you buy meets your requirements.
  5. Unauthorised use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages or be a criminal offence.
  6. This website may link to other websites. Those links are provided for convenience only and do not mean we endorse them. We are not responsible for their content.

2. Intellectual property

  1. All notes, videos, question banks, designs and graphics on this website and app are owned by or licensed to Depth of Biology.
  2. Materials you purchase are licensed to you for personal study only. You may not copy, resell, upload, share or distribute them, including on messaging groups, file sharing sites or any other platform.
  3. We may suspend or terminate access without refund if we find that purchased material has been shared or distributed.
  4. Trademarks on this website that are not ours are acknowledged as belonging to their owners.

3. Educational purpose

  1. All material is provided for educational purposes, to help students study and prepare for their examinations.
  2. We do not guarantee any examination result, rank, admission, job placement or income.
  3. You are responsible for how you use the material and for verifying it against your own university syllabus.

4. Purchases and payments

  1. Prices are shown on the relevant product page and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  2. Payments are processed through Razorpay. Card and netbanking orders are confirmed once we receive authorisation from the payment gateway.
  3. Access to digital products is granted through the Depth of Biology app after a successful payment.
  4. Payments are generally final. Refunds are governed by our Refunds and Cancellation Policy, including any product-specific refund terms stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from your use of this website or app is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
