Shipping Policy

This policy explains how we deliver what you buy from Depth of Biology. We sell two kinds of products, and they are delivered differently.

Digital products

Courses, notes, question banks and video lectures are delivered online. There is no physical shipment and no delivery charge.

Access is granted immediately after a successful payment.
You access your purchase by signing in to the Depth of Biology app with the phone number used at the time of purchase.
Access details are also sent to you by email.
If access has not appeared within 24 hours of payment, contact us and we will sort it out for you.

Physical products

Merchandise such as t-shirts and keychains is shipped through third party courier partners.

Dispatch: orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days of payment.
Delivery: delivery usually takes 5 to 10 working days from dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
Shipping charges: any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Where we ship: we currently ship within India only.
Tracking: tracking details are shared on WhatsApp or email once the order is dispatched.
Address accuracy: please check your delivery address and phone number before placing the order. We are not able to change the address once an order is dispatched.

Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, strikes, public holidays or other events outside our control. We will help you follow up with the courier in any such case.

Damaged or wrong items

If a physical item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.
